TERMS OF SHIPPING –
The standard models are maintained in stock which can be shipped on the same day. Nonstandard models take time depending on the extent of customization.
The tentative dispatch schedule is informed to the customer after the receipt of the order for the nonstandard model.
The scales need to be verified by the local legal metrology department before the dispatch as per the legal requirements which also will take time and accordingly the dispatch schedule is informed to the customer.
