2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- Customized or special-order items tailored to your specifications.
- Items returned without original packaging, documentation, or invoice.
- Products showing signs of physical damage or unauthorized repair.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
4. Shipping the Return
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
- Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- The refund will be issued via the original method of payment.
- In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment source (e.g., credit card, bank account, UPI).
- If your return is rejected, the product will be sent back to you.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item when contacting our support team.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
7. Exchange Policy
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
